1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Bank Transfer / NEFT / UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)
  • Payment Gateways for online transactions (as applicable)

For Amazon and Flipkart clients, payments for platform management services can also include platform-specific invoicing.


2. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made as per the invoice or service agreement.
  • For project-based services:
    • Advance Payment: Typically 30–50% before project initiation.
    • Final Payment: Due upon project completion and delivery of all agreed services.
  • Recurring services (e.g., listing management, advertising campaigns) are billed monthly or quarterly, as per the contract.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Payments are considered confirmed only after successful transaction clearance.
  • Clients will receive a receipt or invoice via email (info@swstik.in) for all payments.

4. Late Payments

  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared.
  • Delays in payment may also impact project timelines, order processing, or platform campaigns.

5. Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refunds or adjustments will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Partial payments for canceled services may be non-refundable depending on work already completed.
  • Platform fees or third-party charges are non-refundable.

6. Security & Confidentiality

  • All payment transactions are handled using secure payment gateways and encrypted protocols.
  • We do not store sensitive payment information such as full card numbers.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any payment-related disputes should be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
  • We will resolve disputes in accordance with our policies and Indian law.
